Health Bet 2017

They are at it again only this time they are doubling the winnings pot!!!!! Here are the details:

 

Beachbody is giving away over $2 million and you can automatically qualify to split a piece of the prize! All you have to do is participate in a Challenge Group on the My Challenge Tracker App and meet the in-app weekly tracking requirements each week during the Beachbody Health Bet Contest, January 9-February 5, 2017.

It’s that simple! If you track your progress during the qualifying weeks, you’ll get an equal share of the over $2 million cash prize.

Here’s exactly what you have to do to qualify:

1. JOIN: You must be an active participant in a Challenge Group on the My Challenge Tracker app by January 9, 2017. I will have a challenge running from January 9, 2017 through February 6,2017 that you can participate in. Send me an email so I can help you pick out your challenge pack Download the My Challenge Tracker app here to log your progress during the challenge.

2. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS: Use the app to log at least five Shakeology drinks with photos and three Beachbody workouts during all four qualification weeks.

3. QUALIFY: Log your Shakeology and workouts by 11:59 p.m. on the last day of each contest week:

Week 1:  Jan. 9th – Jan. 15th
Week 2:  Jan. 16th – Jan. 22nd
Week 3:  Jan. 23rd – Jan. 29th
Week 4:  Jan. 30th – Feb. 5th

4. CASH IN: Meet all the requirements and you’ll automatically win an equal share of the cash pot!

  1. Hi Kelly! I’m interested in getting some information. Ive been considering this for awhile but I’d prefer to do three days of CrossFit (because I enjoy it) and three days of these types of workouts. Is this possible? It would get me moving on the weekends which is when I usually don’t do much exercise. I also need to lose about 20 lbs.

    1. Absolutely you can do that. Ok so let’s talk about your weekend so I can recommend a plan that will suit you best. Is there a reason you don’t do much movement? Do you have any concerns about doing an at home workout program?
